About Us
Parent participation
is key to the Great Start program achieving its
goals. The Great Start Early Childhood Parent
Coalition provides a way for parents to
participate in early childhood planning and
decision-making in the three-county area. The
coalition will also include caregivers and
professionals involved with young children.
The Parent Coalition will:

Increase parent
participation in early childhood services
and issues.

Help build
public support for early childhood
initiatives and investments.

Help the
collaborative understand what parents and
children need.
